Evolutionary Life Coaching (ELC) is a practice with the aim of helping clients effect conscious changes in their lives and in the world. An evolutionary context provides the grounding that underlies every aspect of this coaching process. Simply put, change is a constant in life. It cannot be avoided because existence, all of it, including each of us as individuals and all of us as a collective, is part of an ongoing evolutionary process—a process of becoming that is constantly taking place. Relatively speaking, whether we pay attention to it or not, the present moment always gives way to the future.

The goal of ELC is to partner with and help our clients recognize their part in this process and learn to participate in the conscious evolution of their own lives and the world in which we all live. The power to create and live a fulfilling and thrilling, life of purpose and meaning is contained within this knowledge.
